Product Specification
The objective of the Arctic Tourism Service is to provide the Arctic Tourism industry with a central point of entry environmental tactical and planning information specifically designed for the range of needs and budgets of the Arctic tourism industry.
In order to meet this objective, the following is required:
1) Engagement of a cross-section of Tourism operators in the specification of their requirements, hands-on experience with the products, to provide feedback on their utility, and to specify what costing model is realistic given their business model.
2) Consolidation of existing supply and service chains to provide the products in a timely manner.
3) A single point of entry to see what is available and to access the information.
4) Provide products whose production costs are aligned with the budgets of the users.
